SOME 50 YEARS AGO VERY VERY LOW FLAME KEROSENE STOVE HAVING 20 COTTON WICKS WERE PASSED THROUGH 20 HOLES KEROSENE OIL WAS CONSUMED VERY VERY LESS HALF LITRE OF KEROSENE OIL WAS USED WHICH WOULD WORK FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS THE FOOD COOKING PROCESS USED TO TAKE AT LEAST 2 HOURS ON SLOW FLAME AND IT WAS CHEAP,EFFICIENT,AND CONSIDERED SAFE AS THE COOKING TOOK MORE TIME,NEWLY WED WOMEN AND GIRLS USED IT REGULARLY TO SAVE FUEL COSTS AND PASS THEIR SPARE TIME BY USING 20 WICK STOVE WHICH USED TO GIVE VERY VERY SLOW FLAME BUT THE FOOD COOKED ON IT WAS DELICIOUS ALTHOUGH IT TOOK TIME THERE WAS NO POLLUTION,EASY TO USE AND WAS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET ONLY FOR RUPEES 40 OR 50 BUT THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THAT THE COOKING PROCESS CONSUMED 2 TO 3 HOURS BUT THE TASTE OF FOOD WAS VERY VERY DELICIOUS AND WHOLESOME FOR THE HUMAN BODIES CAN WE AGAIN START MAKING WICK KEROSENE OIL STOVES ALONG WITH OLD GLASS LANTERN USED BY OUR FOREFATHERS SOME 70 YEARS AGO IN RURAL AREAS OF INDIA IN THE MUDDY SHANTIES AND SLUM AREAS OF INDIAN VILLAGES
